Since I have been updating the website for what feels like forever, I am now finally able to get back to blogging my amazing clients! First up…..The Moore wedding in Key West, FL.
I am absolutely thrilled to post Alexandra & Terrance’s wedding. These two have known each other since they were 12 and I’ve had the pleasure of photographing them for the past 4 years.. In case you missed the awesome Save the Date session, here is one of my favorites from our early morning session on Duval Street (with the help of Walgreens).
Here’s how they met: Alexandra & Terrance met in middle school when Alexandra was constantly chasing Terrance around the basketball court.
As for the proposal, Terrance asked Alexandra to marry him once Easter Sunday while in college, without the ring. Then he asked again, this time with the ring, on Christmas Eve with Alexandra’s family there. The Christmas Eve proposal was a total surprise!
The wedding was truly beautiful and full of love and family. The ceremony was held in Alexandra’s family’s church. The pews were lined with childhood photographs of Alexandra & Terrance. The bridal party’s formal pictures were taken in Bahama Village, which was a location that was special to the bride & groom. The reception was amazing and proved that family can make anything happen!
The wedding was at Key West United Methodist Church followed by the reception at the Lions Club. A big thank you goes out to these awesome companies that helped make Alexandra & Terrance’s day so special.

Their reception was also pretty special. Alexandra & Terrance’s first dance was to “No One” by Alicia Keys…with a little bit of a remix with Outkast and Niki Minaj. The choreography was awesome and the guests love it!
“From the beginning of planning stressful to the day of where nothing but getting married really mattered to now when I look back I would have done things differently, but I loved our day and can’t wait to do it again one year.”, says Alexandra.
Wish you could have been there, too, y’all! At least you can live through the pictures!
